Standards: Michigan schools are currently adjusting to changes mandated by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. As of April 2004, the Chair of the MI Board of Education has recommended approval of the Michigan Language Proficiency Standards.

Look for an early fall workshop to explain how to implement these standards in the classroom.
